The MPD series is a highly automated grinding system developed based on the MF series disc mill. It can be fitted with various dust collectors, feeding units, packaging systems and integrated PLC controllers. Only minimal operator input is required to maintain fully automatic high-volume production. This series is suitable for mixing applications.
MPD Series New Vertical Disc Pulverizer belongs to the disc pulverizer lineup, featuring high output and low power consumption. It is primarily used for pulverizing a wide range of materials, including PE (LLDPE, LDPE, MDPE, HDPE), rigid and soft PVC, PP, PS, ABS, Nylon, EVA and PET. This equipment effectively reduces material costs, enables material modification and improves finished product quality. The complete system consists of an independent control cabinet, main pulverizing host, cyclone separator, air lock, vibrating sieve, induced draft fan, dust collector, feeding hopper and connecting pipelines.

Adopting a newly designed grinding disc, the machine delivers high output and strong wear resistance. The service life of the disc is twice that of conventional models.
Equipped with newly upgraded professional bearings to support high-speed rotation. Only one drive motor is required to ensure efficient grinding performance, greatly simplifying mechanical operation and control while saving production time.

Grinding gap adjustment is simple and precise. Fine tuning from 60 to 150 mesh can be completed easily via positioning bolts.
The main host adopts water and air dual cooling system. The grinding chamber features a rationally optimized small cross-section and nearly vertical flat grinding surface. Once materials enter the chamber, they are instantly ground and quickly discharged. This design eliminates material accumulation and overheating decomposition, effectively improving overall production efficiency.
