The MPT series is an upgraded version of the SMW series turbo mill. The same as SMW series, it is mainly used for the grinding of PVC pipes, profiles, and sheet. It commonly used in combination with granulator, adding the shredder, they form a three stage highly automated recycling system for shredding, crushing and grinding. In terms of energy consumption ratio for producing one kilogram of powders, this pulverizer has the characteristics of high efficiency and good performance.
The MPT series of high-speed PVC Pulverizer belong to the turbo mill series, with a cutter diameter range of 500-800 mm. The material to be pulverized is sucked into the grinding cavity through the center of the vertical fixed cutter. Between the fixed cutter and the rotating cutter, the centrifugal force generated by the high-speed rotation of the movable cutter is thrown to the outeredge. The ground powder is collected by the grinding chamber through the fan and cyclone system.
MPT series turbo type pulverizing systems are mainly used in the processing of PVC powder to provide PVC powder for the production line. Vibrating screens are usually used to ensure the precise powder fineness for the production of plastic products, and then to ensure the molded products The surface is smooth and the thickness is uniform. Applications in other fields are often used synchronously with shredders and crushers to efficiently recycle waste products and scraps on plastic product lines.
