MSS Series Single Shaft Shredder

The MST series single-shaft shredders are high-speed shredding machines specially engineered for efficient single-pass size reduction of various materials. It is an ideal machine for processing a wide range of materials including plastics, rubber, copper cables, organics and more.

1.This machine is widely applicable for shredding thick and tough materials, including die scraps, large-diameter plastic pipes, injection lumps, packing buckets, and forklift splints. It is especially suitable for the shredding and recycling of plastics, rubber, wood and other similar materials.

2.The cutters and rotors are detachable, facilitating convenient cleaning, routine maintenance and effective equipment protection.

3.The transmission components adopt coupling connection, which effectively reduces vibration, protects the main shaft and reducer, and avoids transmission force damage.

4.The rotor adopts a square blade design, featuring high cutting efficiency and low heat generation. Each rotary cutter is equipped with four cutting edges. When one edge is worn out, the cutter can be rotated by 90° for continuous use, greatly reducing replacement costs.

5.The main shaft is driven by a gear reducer, delivering stable operation, low noise and high torque output.

6.Materials are fed into the shredding chamber via hydraulic pushing. The independent drive system and robust integral structure ensure stable and reliable machine operation.

7.Equipped with a PLC control system, forward and reverse rotation functions and emergency stop device, the machine realizes safe, stable and automatic operation.
