Pulse Dust Collector
The pulse dust collector is specially designed to capture dust generated during mill operation. Featuring a high dust removal rate and large processing capacity, it thoroughly eliminates workshop dust pollution. We provide matched dust collector models tailored to different pulverizer specifications for optimal supporting performance.

The pulse dust collector mainly consists of an upper box, middle box, ash hopper, air inlet equalizing pipe, filter bag assembly, pulse injection device and ash discharge mechanism.
Dust-laden air enters each chamber’s ash hopper through the air inlet pipe. Under gravity and flow guidance, coarse dust particles fall directly into the ash hopper, while fine dust flows evenly into the middle box and adheres to the outer surface of filter bags. Clean air penetrates the filter bags into the upper box and is discharged into the atmosphere through offline valves and exhaust ducts.
As dust accumulates on the filter bags, equipment resistance gradually increases. Once the preset differential pressure or cleaning cycle is reached, the intelligent cleaning system activates automatically. The offline valve closes the corresponding chamber, and the pulse valve releases instantaneous high-pressure compressed air. This rapid air pulse inflates the filter bags and shakes off adhered dust — even fine and sticky dust can be thoroughly cleaned. The fallen dust drops into the ash hopper and is discharged via the ash discharging device.
Working Principle
Dust-laden gas enters the filter chamber through pipelines. Coarse particles settle directly into the hopper bottom, while fine dust rises with the airflow and accumulates on the filter bag surface. Purified air passes through the filter bags into the upper box and is exhausted by the fan.
With continuous dust accumulation, the pulse controller triggers the cleaning process. Pulse valves open sequentially, spraying compressed air to instantly expand the filter bags and dislodge surface dust. The stripped dust falls into the hopper and is collected through the discharge valve, realizing continuous circulating filtration and automatic dust cleaning.
