SWP Series Pipe Crusher
The SWP series crushers are mainly applied for crushing long pipes and profiles. The extendable hopper enables easy feeding of long workpieces and eliminates material jamming during operation. Adopting standard V-shaped cutting technology, it improves cutting and recycling efficiency while lowering the dust content of reclaimed materials.

The SWP series horizontal plastic pipe crusher is mainly used for crushing relatively long PVC profiles, such as plastic doors & windows, plastic pipes, sheets and more. Pre-cutting of materials is not required; continuous one-pass feeding is available. It is an ideal machine for shredding all types of pipe and profile materials.

(1)Special cutters are manufactured from imported high-quality tool steel for exceptional durability. The adjustable cutter mounting allows repeated re-use and extends service life.
(2) Step-shear design of the movable cutter holder delivers greatly enhanced cutting force.
(3) The movable cutter holder adopts premium T7A tool steel, featuring excellent resistance to fracture and tearing. It is fastened with Grade 8.8 high-strength steel screws for reliable and sturdy installation.
(4) The main frame is fabricated from thick-walled Q235A structural steel to guarantee long-term operation of the crusher.

The normal package is wooden box.
If container is too tight, we will use PE film for packing or pack it according to customers special request.
