PC Series Plastic Crusher
The PC series plastic crusher is a foundational model for plastic recycling applications. Featuring robust construction and versatile performance, it accommodates a broad spectrum of feedstocks. It is capable of shredding diverse waste sprues and rejects from injection and blow molding processes, alongside flexible materials including plastic bottles and leather. Custom blade configurations are available to match the properties of input materials, optimizing machine operating efficiency. Optional accessories such as sound enclosures and fan-type material recovery systems can be equipped upon request.

- The crusher can be fitted with different rotor structures according to the characteristics of materials to be crushed.
- This model is available with a soundproof cover.
- Steel fabricated hopper, cast steel knife holder and solid steel cutters to prevent cracking.
- Ladder-type cutters boost shearing force and improve crushing efficiency. Alloy blades feature a far longer service life. A safety switch is installed at the feed inlet to protect operators.

The PC series plastic crusher is designed for crushing polystyrene, polypropylene, nylon, engineering plastics and injection molding scraps. By replacing the appropriate sieve plate, adjusting the blade clearance and selecting different blade types, it can also process various plastic waste, films, sheets and other materials.

If container is too tight, we will use PE film for packing or pack it according to customers special request.
