Vibration Sieve

The circular vibrating sieve is a high-precision powder screening equipment featured with low noise, high working efficiency and fast screen replacement. The screen mesh can be replaced within only 3 to 5 minutes. Adopting a fully enclosed structure, it effectively prevents dust leakage and is suitable for screening and filtering grains, flour, viscous materials and various powder materials.

The rotary vibrating sieve takes a vertical vibration motor as the vibration source. Eccentric weights are installed at both ends of the motor, converting the motor’s rotary motion into three-dimensional horizontal, vertical and inclined vibration transmitted to the screen surface. Adjusting the phase angle of the upper and lower eccentric weights can change the material movement trajectory on the screen surface to meet different screening requirements.
